What makes EVO SEALERS different than other sealers?

Evo is different from other sealers because it is made from an environmentally safe polyester polymer and other proprietary ingredients that once in the concrete fills the pores and blocks moisture from coming through the matrix.

Other sealers are either silicones or derivatives such as silanes or siloxanes which are only surface sealants and therefore subject to wearing and weathering as well as cannot be coated or painted afterward.
Sealants that contain silicates or siliconates tend to migrate out of the concrete or masonry substrate. The remaining sealers contain hydrocarbons which are solvent based surface sealers that are toxic and contain high levels of VOC (volatile organic compounds).

Evo is very different from other sealants because of its deep penetrating ability (50-100mm) as well as the fact that it is non flammable, non toxic and is extremely low in VOC's.
Because Evo is a not a surface sealer it will not wear or weather away over time, instead it becomes part of the concrete matrix and actually increases its strength therefore protecting it from future spalling (flaking or deterioration of the concrete).

Evo dries clear with no sheen and will not discolor the surface in any way. Yet, it will provide a good chemical bond to any quality acrylic paint, urethane or epoxy coatings if the client desires an additional surface coating in order to change the color or provide a sheen.

Evo also helps the surface paints last longer as it encapsulates the alkali inherent in concrete which attack surface coatings. Evo also reduces efflorescence and vapor emission from rising to the surface.

EVO-SEAL

Non toxic, non-caustic, non-flammable, inorganic polyester polymer formulation.
Waterproofs, eliminates rising damp, insulates, hardens and preserves concrete, plaster, mortar and most natural stone permanently.
Causes a chemical reaction that solidifies the component parts of pre-cast block, masonry, concrete and cement mortars into a single mass making it waterproof, resistant to acid, oil, fuels, fats and grease. Will stop dusting, brick fretting, cracking, seepage as it increases the density of the substrate, increases wear capability. Prevents efflorescence.

EVO-TRAFFICSEAL

EVO-TRAFFICSEAL - penetrating up to 100mm colourless, negative pressure to 4 Bar transparent liquid impregnate – topical UV stable polyurethane surface film, Will provide a tough durable surface finish suitable for concrete slabs with vehicular traffic.

NON-TOXIC, non-caustic, non-flammable, inorganic polyester/polymer/urethane formula.
It waterproofs, insulates, hardens and preserves concrete, wear slabs, pavers and most natural stone permanently.
Causes a chemical reaction that solidifies the component parts of, concrete and cement mortars into a single mass making it waterproof, resistant to acid, oil, fuels, fats and grease. Will stop dusting, fretting, cracking, seepage as it increases the density of the substrate, increases wear capability.

EVO-BLOCKSEAL

EVO-BLOCKSEAL EARTH FRIENDLY WATERPROOFING SYSTEM BASED ON ADVANCED ACRYLIC POLYESTER POLYMER TECHNOLOGY

EVO-BLOCKSEAL - Penetrating up to 100mm, inorganic transparent water based impregnate. Outperforming all silane and standard acrylic solutions. Negative pressure to 4 Bar (60 psi).

Non toxic, non-caustic, non-flammable, polyester polymer formulation.
Waterproofs, insulates, hardens and preserves concrete blocks permanently.
Causes a chemical reaction that solidifies the component parts of pre-cast block, masonry, concrete and cement mortars into a single mass making it waterproof, resistant to acid, oil, fuels, fats and grease. Will stop dusting, cracking, seepage as it increases the density of the substrate, increases wear capability.

EVO-BOND

100% ACRYLIC EMULSION ADDITIVE

EVO-BOND is a 100% ACRYLIC INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH admixture. A longer lasting acrylic composition for adding to cement mixtures for better workability and unequalled render adhesion to non porous surfaces.
It is a special non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-carcinogenic, biodegradable and non-hazardous formulation with no solvents or other aggressive chemicals.

EVO-SALTAWAY

EARTH FRIENDLY EFFLORESCENCE REMOVER

EVO-SALTAWAY is an industrial strength efflorescence (SALT) remover specially formulated for industrial, commercial and residential use for concrete and masonry surfaces.
Its special non-flammable, non-carcinogenic, biodegradable and non-hazardous formulation with no solvents or other aggressive chemicals, allows effective removal of efflorescence from all masonry surfaces without harmful effects for the environment.

EVO-SHOWERSEAL

EARTH FRIENDLY EFFLORESCENCE REMOVER

EVO-SHOWERSEAL – penetrates up to 100mm, is an inorganic transparent liquid- outperforming all SILANE/SILOXANE and ACRYLIC solutions.

NON-TOXIC, non-caustic, non-flammable, inorganic polyester polymer formulation.
It waterproofs, insulates, hardens and preserves permanently.

Causes a chemical reaction that solidifies the component parts of the surface into a single mass making it waterproof, resistant to acid, oil, fuels, fats and grease. Will stop dusting, cracking, seepage as it increases the density of the substrate, increases wear capability.

EVO-CONCRETECLEAN

EVO-CONCRETECLEAN an industrial strength concentrated fluid applied degreaser and cleaner specially formulated for industrial, commercial and residential use.
Its special non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-carcinogenic, biodegradable and non-hazardous formulation with no solvents or other aggressive chemicals, allows effective cleaning without harmful effects for the environment and with no changes to the colour, appearance and texture of the substrate.

EVO-POWERCLEAN

EARTH FRIENDLY DEGREASER AND DISINFECTANT CLEANER

EVO-POWERCLEAN is an industrial strength degreaser and general purpose cleaner specially formulated for commercial and residential use.
Its a special non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-carcinogenic, biodegradable and non-hazardous formulation with no solvents or other aggressive chemicals, and allows effective cleaning without harmful effects for the environment and with no changes to the colour, appearance and texture of the substrate.
Leaves no residue-surface is ready for painting.

EVO-DAMPSEAL

EVO-DAMPSEAL - for waterproofing and salt prevention under Acrylic and enamel paint coatings. All bare masonry ands brick surfaces should be given a primer coat of EVO-DAMPSEAL prior to painting.
Up to 100mm penetrating coloured, water based static/hydrostatic impregnate tested to 4 bar (60psi).
Non toxic, non-caustic, non-flammable, inorganic polyester polymer formulation.
Waterproofs, insulates, hardens and preserves Brick, render, mortar and most natural stone permanently.
